Henry, thank you. As always, you sorted out everything and then some. Craig, you are one of the most professional automotive persons that I have dealt with and a real credit to Subway automotive. Thanks to all the staff at Subway, I'm sure that it won't be long before we see each other again. Darcy Hansen. 1981 Dodge W150 |

Review by Seth Johnson: Because everything was to my satisfaction! |

Very polite! Gave a good description of their assessment to my car, listing the most important things that need fixing and other future possible concerns. Contacted me before doing any repairs! The courtesy shuttle was also very helpful getting to and from work!! |

Review by Jewel Many Fingers: Yes, I will be referring my friends and family. I also think it would have been a good idea to schedule a next appointment, but its just as easy to do it myself. Over all great service and courtesy! |

Excellent customer service, very impressed with the job that was done. I would and will recommend Subway Automotive to people I know. Thanks again, its like driving a totally different truck! Dion |

Charged me hundreds of dollars just to drive it for 5 minutes and then tell me there was nothing wrong. Replaced the battery when it didn't need it, and it didn't even fix the problem. $400 later the car is exactly the same as when I dropped it off. |

NO! No stars yes they did the work but by the time I went to get new tires I had them check my alignment for the THIRD TIME and low and be hold it was still out. So I decided to check on some of the other work I had them do and guess what I found yup you guessed it loose bolts, it really make me wonder how the keep people coming back. |

Subway automotive is the worst automotive shop in the city, 2 and a half weeks to fix a stalling car. So after 875.00$ of mostly labour and waste of time. All it needed to fix the stalling was a new fuel pump, they decided to charge me whatever they could first before changing what was obviously the problem. I took my car back before they had the chance to charge me 500$ for a fuel pump which is outrages. I do not and will not ever recommend subway automotive to anyone in fact I will steer them away. When I got my car back there was a panel that was just tossed behind the seat not put back on the Center console, my speaker that I had on top of the Center console was cut off and NOT required back on and finally there are scratches and chips in my back window's tinting. Once again DO NOT go to subway automotive they will over charge you for very little work and then give back your vehicle in less physical shape then when you handed them the keys. |
Shop Comment Diagnostics in this case were challenging due to the fact this vehicle had multiple layered problems partly due to a previous engine swap. Repeated attempts to contact this customer have been unsuccessful, no opportunity to address his concerns. |
